1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hire My Space ("Hire My Space", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to everyone: visitors, advertisers, and creators alike.

You also agree to our Rules and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Hire My Space. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

Some features, such as creating campaigns or earning as a creator, require a valid X (Twitter) account in good standing. You are responsible for keeping your X account compliant with X's own Terms of Service.

3. Your Account

Accounts on Hire My Space are created through X OAuth. When you sign in, we receive your X handle and basic profile information. You may also be asked to provide an email address for transactional updates, such as payment confirmations and your campaign results link.

You are responsible for keeping your X account secure and for any activity that happens through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke the Hire My Space connection from your X settings and contact us immediately.

4. The Service

Hire My Space is a marketplace that connects advertisers with X creators for sponsored posts. Advertisers bid to have their message published on real creators' profiles. Entries are displayed on a public leaderboard ranked by listing fee, alongside fixed-price sidebar ad slots.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, or follower growth, from any campaign. Rank on the leaderboard reflects the listing fee paid, not engagement.

5. Campaigns & Bids

Advertisers create campaigns by choosing what creators should do, which creators they want (niche, country, verified or normal, follower range) and writing a short message. Every entry pays a listing fee of at least $1, which places it on the public leaderboard; a higher listing fee earns a higher place. The amount for posting pays the creators who post and is separate from the listing fee. Sidebar slots are sold at a flat price per spot for 30 days ($1,000 for spot 1, $1,000 for spot 2, $800 for spot 3, $800 for spot 4, $500 for spot 5, $500 for spot 6), with no platform fee.

You are responsible for the content of your campaign messages, including any links and claims. Campaigns must be accurate, must not be misleading, and must comply with X's Paid Partnership Policy. We may reject or remove any campaign that violates these rules or our broader content policy.

Everything is charged at the time of submission: the listing fee (no platform fee on it) and, for posts, the creators' price plus our platform fee, shown together as one figure and rounded up to a whole dollar. The platform fee is 10% of the creators' price plus what the X API costs us for each creator: publishing their post once (more with a link), and checking each placement (post, pin, each bio line, banner, profile picture) every day the campaign runs, at X's per-call prices. It is charged per creator and per day, and also covers matching, payments and refunds. Campaigns run from 1 to 30 days. Prices depend on the creators' country and on whether you ask for verified creators (×1.5); current prices are always the ones shown at checkout, and we may change them for future purchases. A campaign can ask creators for a sponsored post, a pinned post, a line in their bio, a banner image and a profile picture, in any combination. Images you upload must be yours to use and must follow X's rules. Advertisers do not need an account: the private link we email you shows your campaign's results, and anyone with the link can see them.

You pay for a number of creators. If, when your campaign ends, fewer creators completed everything you asked for than you paid for, the unused share of the payment for posts, including our fee on it, is refunded to your original payment method. The listing fee is not refunded: it pays for your place on the leaderboard, which you keep.

If you create a campaign under a company or brand name, you are representing that you work for or are otherwise authorized to act on behalf of that company, and that you have whatever internal approval your organization requires to run the campaign. We do not verify that authorization, and we are not responsible for your compliance with laws, regulations, or industry rules that apply to your business, your campaign, or the region you are advertising in. That responsibility is yours alone.

7. Payments

Advertisers pay through Hire My Space at the time of campaign submission. Apart from the refund for creator slots that were not delivered by the end of a campaign (see Campaigns & Bids), payments are non-refundable, including in cases of early removal, campaign underperformance, or change of mind.

Creators earn a commission on every sponsored post they publish. Commissions are credited to your creator balance once the campaign completes and the post has remained live for the required hold period. Payouts are managed through the Platform. Off-platform payments between advertisers and creators are not allowed.

8. Prohibited Content

Certain niches are restricted or banned based on region and on X's advertising policies. The Platform automatically hides restricted niches based on your target region.

• Alcohol is restricted in some regions (e.g. India, UAE, Saudi Arabia).
• Gambling is restricted in some regions (e.g. India, UAE, Singapore).
• Tobacco, weapons, and adult content are banned globally.

We also prohibit spam, misleading or fraudulent content, hate speech, harassment, and content that infringes on someone else's intellectual property. If a campaign is submitted that doesn't meet this policy, we remove it and take it off the leaderboard as soon as we catch it, no matter when in the campaign this happens, and no refund is given. We reserve the right to remove any campaign at any time, with no refund.

This applies to everything you submit with a campaign, including the ad copy and description text, not just the niche you selected. If we determine, at our discretion, that a description is sexually explicit or otherwise NSFW, or contains derogatory, abusive, or discriminatory language, we take the campaign down immediately. We are not required to notify you before doing this, and no refund is given.

Advertiser responsibility. We don't check who is behind an ad. Whoever pays for a campaign confirms that they own, or are legally authorised to act for, the brand, name, logo, website, app or X account it shows or links to, and that they have every right needed to publish it. They alone are responsible for it. If anyone raises a concern -- for example a brand owner saying an ad uses their name without permission -- we take the ad down (from the leaderboard, the sidebar and creators' posts) while we look into it, and remove it for good if the concern holds. Report a concern through the contact details in section 14.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Hire My Space, including campaign messages, images, and branding. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the Platform and in sponsored posts for the duration of the campaign.

The Hire My Space name, logo, leaderboard layout, and other Platform branding are owned by us. You may not copy, reuse, or impersonate the Platform without our written permission.

10. Termination

You may stop using Hire My Space at any time. Creators may delete their account from the Settings tab. This is permanent and removes all associated data.

We may suspend or terminate your account, and remove any campaign, at any time and for any reason, including violation of these terms, violation of our Rules, or suspicious activity. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Disclaimers

Hire My Space is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not promise that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not responsible for the conduct of advertisers or creators on the Platform, nor for the content of any sponsored post published through the service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire My Space and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific campaign that gave rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Hire My Space after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

For material changes, we will also post a notice on the Platform homepage or send an email to the address you provided at checkout or onboarding.
